Kindai Tuna Lecture at FCI in NY

What Do We Do?

• We have been importing speciality fish by air from Tsukiji Market weekly.
• We focus on hygenics, proper handling of fish throughout our distribution chain.
• We educate our customers by providing seminars on fish, Japanese culinary art, ..etc.

     Our founder/president, Mr. Thomas McCarthy is proudly holding a fresh Salmon in the historic Fulton Market in early 1980's.

• We have been servicing restaurants, super markets, and country clubs in Northern New Jersey area since 1982.
• Now we cover NYC area, including weekly deliveries to Per Se, Del Posto, Harbour, Hatsuhana, Shinbashi,..
• A full line-up of Sushi products are available.
• We operate 10 refrigirated vans and trucks, just finished refreshing our processing area to meet higher standard of sanitation requirements.
• We prioritize in keeping timely communication with our customers.
• We offer afternoon delivery to Manhattan area.
